Exchange & Return Policy

1. Return Conditions

Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery in the following cases:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective.

  • The received product differs from the original order.

2. Exchange Conditions

Products may be exchanged within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that:

  • The product is in its original condition and unused.

3. Non-Eligible Cases

Exchange or return requests will not be accepted for:

  • Products showing signs of use or damage caused by misuse.

4. Process

  • Customers must contact the store via email or phone to submit a request.

  • Requests will be reviewed within 1–2 business days.

  • Once approved, the store team will provide return or exchange instructions.

5. Shipping Fees

  • The store will cover shipping costs if the issue is due to our error.

  • The customer will bear shipping costs if the exchange is requested without any fault from the store.
